APRIL UPDATE

My apology for the long silence, but I'm back now with an update on our Persatuan Penduduk and our Taman.

3rd AGM Persatuan Penduduk Taman Puncak Jalil

3rd Annual General Meeting of Persatuan Penduduk Taman Puncak Jalil was succesfully held on the 13 April 2008 at PPTPJ Office. The Secretary announced at 3.00pm that we have enough quorum to procced with the meeting. PPTPJ Activity and Financial Report for 2007 was unanimously approved by all members.

My humble self, Zainuddin Zainal was also unanimously reelected as President for another two years, 2008-2009, together with Mr. George Pang as Vice President 1 and Mr. Ramesh Kumar as Vice President 2.

Permanent CF for all houses in Taman Puncak Jalil

I was informed by our Developer, and confirmed by the officer from MPSJ, that the Full Council Meeting of Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya on the 27 February 2008 had in principle approved the issuance of Permanent CF to all houses in Taman Puncak Jalil, with condition our Developer, Maxisegar Sdn Bhd, must submit an undertaking letter that they will fulfil a certain condition which they are not able to do immediately.

Maxisegar Sdn Bhd have submitted the undertaking letter and now we are waiting for the new Council Member of MPSJ to meet and endorse the approval.

Secondary and Primary Schools in Taman Desaminium and Secondary School in Taman Puncak Jalil

On the 13 April 2008, I attended an Official Launching of the construction of a Secondary and Primary school in Taman Desaminium. The school complex is being built with the cost of RM 30 million and will be completed in 18 months time. The school will be open for student intake in the year 2010.

For Taman Puncak Jalil, a Secondary School will be built at the back of Petronas Station site. The construction of this school should commence in June 2008 and will be completed in 18 months.
